Nikki — co-owner of Sukha Yoga. My journey into wellness began through movement at a young age as a competitive figure skater, where I first discovered the connection between discipline, balance, and mindfulness. Over the years, that passion evolved into a deeper love for yoga and creating spaces that help people feel grounded, supported, and connected.
I completed my yoga teacher training at Tru Bliss Yoga Studio and have fallen in love with the transformative power of vinyasa yoga — both physically and mentally. Beyond the studio, I’m an entrepreneur, animal lover, and travel enthusiast who believes that self-care should feel inspiring, approachable, and deeply personal.
With Sukha Yoga, my goal is to help create a welcoming community where people of all experience levels can move, heal, grow, and simply breathe. I’m so excited to welcome you into our space.

For Robyn, yoga is a lifelong practice that supports balance, strength, flexibility, pain relief, and emotional stability. She believes yoga is essential to helping individuals move toward their optimal selves—both physically and mentally.
Her classes are Ashtanga-inspired, with an emphasis on asana (posture-building) and pranayama (breathwork), creating a practice that is both grounding and energizing. Robyn values the integration of movement and stillness, and she has a deep appreciation for a well-earned Savasana.
